Group classification without waiting times

Classification without pre-skiing

With our proven classification system, pre-skiing is no longer necessary, thus avoiding long standing and waiting times during group classification. Use our classification videos to find out which skiing skills you already master and which technique you would like to learn with us. At our meeting points, you can directly join a skill-level group after a conversation with one of our area managers, or accompany your child to the appropriate flag and hand them over to one of our children’s ski instructors. Here we work with a system that classifies according to skiing experience, age, and language.

The classification is continuously observed by our area managers and group ski instructors and adjusted if necessary to ensure that each child and adult is in the appropriate group. With this system, we can save valuable course time and thus guarantee more intensive ski instruction.

Group classification for children

How do I find the right group for my child?

To achieve the fastest possible learning progress, children are divided into different age groups. Of course, we also consider the children’s language in all children’s ski courses. Acquaintances, friends, or siblings will naturally be placed in the same group upon request if they have the same skiing ability and the maximum group size is not exceeded.

Children who were already with us in the ski school the previous year will be placed in the group they were classified into by the ski instructor at the end of the course last year. Advanced children who are with us for the first time can determine their skiing ability and the appropriate skill level group using our classification videos. A further, more precise classification takes place directly in the ski course. We are happy to advise you personally on which level is best for your child.

Our tip for children

Book the course starting from Sunday. From Monday, children will be assigned to existing courses.

Especially after a year’s break, it may take some time for children to get back into the swing of things. Therefore, a group change may occur during the first two days.

Practice skiing with your child a little on Saturday afternoon or arrival day to be prepared for the first ski day.
