Intensive lessons for beginners and experts
You want to learn or refine the basic skills of alpine skiing, such as basic position, release of the turns or good control of the skis from the beginning? In half-day or all-day courses, the ski instructors of the Ski School Dorfgastein start where you are with your skills, work on your skiing style and train you to perfection. With lots of fun and individual instruction, beginners learn to ski gently, easily and safely.
For the advanced and expert skiers, we teach the latest technique, specially adapted to your abilities, which guarantees more safety and skiing pleasure. At the Ski School Dorfgastein Holleis you will be taught according to the latest technique of the Austrian ski curriculum. In our ski course for adults homogeneous small groups guarantee maximum safety and personal attention.

COURSE START
Sunday & Monday or on request
At Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Easter, group courses are held throughout the week. On 01 January is normal ski school operation.
MEETING POINT
From 9.30 am at the meeting point for adults between the sports stores Egger and Knauseder
Free 24 h cancellation
All courses booked online can be cancelled free of charge and without giving reasons up to 24 h before the start of the course. This means that you can book your desired course in advance without hesitation and cancel it at any time at short notice if you are unable to attend the course for health or personal reasons.
Cancellation insurance
Book risk- and worry-free! If you have selected our cancellation package, you can even cancel your booking free of charge up to the start date of the course (terms & conditions).
Family discount
Families have a good time at the Ski School Dorfgastein! From the 3rd family member (parents & their children) you benefit from our family discount. When booking at least 4 days, the 3rd and each additional person in your family will receive a 50% discount on the course fee. The family discount is only valid for all-day courses and cannot be combined with our early booking discount. For our Family Bonus we recommend booking with invoice or contacting us by mail or phone.
Taster day
You are not sure whether and how long you want to attend a ski course? Then book a taster day (= 1 day or 1 half day) and try it out! The price of our taster card will of course be credited when you extend the course.
Ski pass
The ski pass is not included in the course price. Lift tickets are available in our online shop or can be purchased directly on site at our ski school office or at the lift ticket counters next door.
Ski rental
The ski equipment is not included in the course price! Make sure you have the right ski length (beginners max chest height) and good boot material. Warm clothing, gloves, ski or sunglasses, balaclava, helmet and sunscreen are also part of an optimal equipment. Children up to the age of 15 are required by law to wear a ski helmet. Ski poles are not required for beginners. The appropriate ski equipment can be rented from our rental partner Sport Knauseder.
