NLSKI COURSE FOR SMALL CHILDREN FROM 3 YEARS IN DORFGASTEIN

In our Mini Club, your little ski stars from the age of 3 are lovingly cared for and taught all day by our certified pedagogues and trained children’s ski instructors. On more than 250 m² the ski dwarfs have a child-friendly designed ski kindergarten for the toddler ski course in Dorfgastein with playroom, dining room, ski depot, checkroom, rest corner and sanitary facilities at their disposal.
Ski course for toddlers
Our ski kindergarten is located at the valley station of the gondola lift directly next to the Gasti snow park and creates the optimal conditions for fun and varied ski lessons at the children’s ski school in Dorfgastein.
For the advanced ski aces, a friendly dining and playroom at the mid-station of the gondola lift will keep your kids in a good mood and well fed during the lunch break.

Course information
Free 24 h cancellation
All courses booked online can be cancelled free of charge and without giving reasons up to 24 h before the start of the course. This means that you can book your desired course in advance without hesitation and cancel it at any time at short notice if you are unable to attend the course for health or personal reasons.
Cancellation insurance
Book risk- and worry-free! If you have selected our cancellation package, you can even cancel your booking free of charge up to the start date of the course (terms & conditions).
Family discount
Families have a good time at the Ski School Dorfgastein! From the 3rd family member (parents & their children) you benefit from our family discount. When booking at least 4 days, the 3rd and each additional person in your family will receive a 50% discount on the course fee. The family discount is only valid for all-day courses and cannot be combined with our early booking discount. For our Family Bonus we recommend booking with invoice or contacting us by mail or phone.
Trial Day & Trial Lesson
You are not sure whether your children can already do without mom and dad on ski vacation? Then book a trial day (= 1 day or 1 half day) or trial lesson and give it a try! The price of our trial tickets will of course be credited when you extend the course.
All-day care: 10.00 am – 3.30 pm
Of course we will also look after your children during the lunch break (12.00 – 1.00) and after the end of the course (3.00 – 3.30) until you arrive at the meeting point. In our dining and playroom at the middle station and our ski kindergarten at the valley station, a delicious children’s menu is ready for the hungry ski stars. And throughout the week, a varied animation program ensures lots of fun and action.
Ski pass
The ski pass is not included in the course price. Lift tickets are available in our online shop or can be purchased directly on site at our ski school office or at the lift ticket counters next door. Beginners and slightly advanced children can use the 3 magic carpets and the ski carousel in our ski school’s own children’s area free of charge to learn the basic technique. Children need a lift pass as soon as they can turn and brake and use a ski lift. Children up to their 6th birthday can use all lift facilities with the free Mini Card. Children from the age of 6 need a regular lift ticket for the Dorfgastein-Großarltal ski area.
Ski rental
The ski equipment is not included in the course price! Make sure you have the right ski length (beginners max chest height) and good boot material. Warm clothing, gloves, ski or sunglasses, balaclava, helmet and sunscreen are also part of an optimal equipment. Children up to the age of 15 are required by law to wear a ski helmet. Ski poles are not required for beginners. The appropriate ski equipment can be rented from our rental partner Sport Knauseder.
Final race
The big ski race will take place on Thursday. The race takes only about 15 minutes per group. Therefore we would recommend you to book the children’s ski course up to and including Thursday. There is a schedule for the race. The ski instructors will inform you about the start time in the morning before the race.
Award ceremony
The award ceremony and prize giving will take place on Thursday after the ski course within the group.
Top equipped!
Nothing is as important to us as the health of your children, so we offer a free rental of ski helmets and safety vests for all course participants in our ski school office.
10.00 am – 3.30 pm
Your children are in the best hands with us and will receive full-day instruction and caring attention from 10.00 am – 3.30 pm. Our experienced professional staff will take care of your loved ones in our toddler ski course not only during the course times, but also supervise them during the lunch break and after the end of the course in our ski kindergarten.
In the Mini Club of the Ski School Dorfgastein your darlings will gain their first positive skiing experiences in a playful way and with lots of fun and variety in our Mini-Land, which is specially designed for toddlers. This ensures all-round care throughout the day and you can enjoy our wonderful ski area in Dorfgastein without any worries.
Mini-Land for bambinis
Our Mini-Land is a safe, secluded exercise area with a magic carpet especially for small children. Here the toddlers can playfully try out sliding and braking in the snow for the first time.
When the kids are already more confident on their skis and have mastered their first descents, we move on to our Gasti snow park.
